Refund policy

EXCHANGES 

Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of your order date accompanied by proof of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Due to the nature of our products, exchanges can only be accepted for unworn, unused, original condition items in original packaging. Exchanges cannot be returned or exchanged again.

After processing your exchange request, Pluumz will provide you a free return shipping label via email. Return labels are good for 10 days and must be shipped and scanned by the carrier in this time window. Once your returned merchandise is received and inspected, your exchange product will be shipped to you. 

RETURNS

Returns must be requested within 14 days of your order date, accompanied by proof of purchase, and are subject to a handling fee*. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Due to the nature of our products, returns can only be accepted for unworn, unused, original condition items in original packaging.

After processing your return request, Pluumz will provide you a return shipping label via email. Return labels are good for 10 days and must be shipped and scanned by the carrier in this time window or the return will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected it will be processed for refund in the form of original payment.

*Handling fees are applied to all domestic returns. Returns of are subject to a EGP 50 handling fee for each item.
