Refund policy
Unused and Unopened Products:
Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided that the original packaging is completely sealed and the item has not been used. In such cases, the customer bears the delivery/shipping cost.
In accordance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, and for essential health and hygiene reasons, Our products cannot be returned or exchanged once their sealed packages have been opened.
Damages and issues:
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, it can be returned or replaced for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
