Make sure the area is free from oils, lotion, or sweat. This is what makes the adhesive last all day.
Carefully remove the protective film from the nipple cover. Hold by the edges to avoid touching the adhesive.
Center the cover, then press firmly from the middle outward for a smooth, seamless finish. Hold for 10 seconds.
Enjoy seamless coverage under your outfit. No checking, no adjusting, no thinking about it.
Pro tip: Apply to completely dry skin for the best hold. Avoid lotions, oils, or moisturiser on the area before applying — even a thin layer will reduce adhesion significantly.

Hold under lukewarm running water and gently rub with your fingertips. No soap needed.
Let dry naturally, adhesive side facing up. Never use a towel — lint reduces adhesion.

The 8cm is the most popular and works for most people. Choose 10cm if you want more coverage around the areola. Choose 13cm for maximum coverage — best for very thin or light-coloured fabrics. When in doubt, size up. A larger cover is more forgiving and easier to hide than a smaller one that doesn't fully cover.

All day when applied correctly to clean, dry skin. The adhesive is sweat-resistant and holds through heat and movement. The key is skin prep — no lotion, no oil, no moisture where you apply. If you've moisturised recently, wait 30 minutes before applying.
Peel slowly from the edge, working inward. Never yank or pull quickly. If you feel resistance, apply a few drops of body oil to the edge and wait 30 seconds — the oil dissolves the adhesive and the cover lifts off painlessly. This is the easiest removal method.
Rinse under lukewarm water, rub gently with your fingertips, and leave to air dry adhesive-side up. Never use soap, never use a towel or tissue. Store in the satin pouch provided, away from dust and direct sunlight. With this care, they last up to 20 wears.
